The Tides Inn sets right in the middle of everything you want to see and do while visiting Colonial Beach. My room was clean, cool & comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

This was a beautiful B&B to stay at! Parking and check in was so easy, as lol the information is sent to you ahead of time. So you can just go straight to your room with no formal check in or out. The property was just right next to multiple places to eat and just two blocks from the beach. Communication was also easy by using their text number.

Great stay
The Tides Inn was perfect for our 1 night stay in Colonial Beach. Parking was easy, a spot reserved right on the side of the house. The Air b and B was clean and so beautifully quaint! Our room was perfect for 2 and the bed was comfortable. In a great location, just a short walk to the beach.

Very Nice Stay
This is a very clean little B&B. It was nice having the coffee shop & brewery right next door! So close to the river & beach as well. The one downside was the parking, as well as no seating in the room we stayed in. I would recommend staying here and would stay again.

A very lovely quiet, clean charming place. and it was a very comfortable bed. Everything smelled nice. Would definitely stay again. It was also set up in a way that you could just wing it yourself. Plenty of extras if you need in the hall.
