Washington Suite at Tides Inn

We stayed in the Washington suite and really enjoyed all the space and the location close to restaurants, the beach etc. Room was clean and spacious. Appreciated the lobby coffee and breakfast items as well. We waited out some strong storms for a while on evening and it was nice to have plenty of room to spread out and a separate sitting area to spend time in.

Wonderful weekend!!! My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at The Tides Inn for the Potomac River Festival. The location is amazing - you can walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The owner Julia and the Innkeeper went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The linens and towels were like new. We are so grateful for a fun weekend. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay at Tides Inn in Colonial Beach. It was like visiting Grandma! I would stay there again.

Tides Inn is an absolute hidden gem! It is so incredibly charming that I fell in love. The process of checking in and out was so easy and they had so many great amenities and offerings that I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
