Clean and convenient
Everything you need for a place to stay because it is within walking distance of the beach, Main Street and various places to eat. Reserved place to park next to the inn. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was help yourself to various choices.

Lovely, clean, and affordable inn
This beautiful and historic inn is within short walking distance of the town’s restaurants and waterfront. The room was comfortable and clean, and the complimentary coffee and breakfast much appreciated. We certainly plan to return!

Tides Inn…A Great Gem in Colonial Beach
I stumbled across the Tides Inn when looking for a last minute stay for the Colonial Beach Bikefest. This place is fantastic! It is a very clean and in the heart of town! You can walk to pretty much everything. Julie was very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this place!
